About Me
As a lifelong learner, I take joy in learning. I also love exploring new places and experiencing new things. I thrive when challenged and always seek out more. While growing up alongside the Digital Age and growing as it grew, I also love the outdoors and traveling. I’m passionate about helping others and have always tended towards places where I can do that in my personal and professional time. To me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than helping others in need.
About My Work
While trying to keep it short, I’ve managed global teams with people from several countries at once and 24/7 coverage with up to 50 people for 4 companies at once. I’ve been leaned on to spin up support from scratch for new companies, and go in and resolve struggles for others before handing them off.
I have experience both working from an outsourced agency supporting companies as an independent contractor, and directly for multiple companies while managing outsourced agencies. I’ve been involved in negotiations involving companies, hiring companies, purchasing needed product/tech, and expressing full ownership of various channels including support tools and reporting. I have a lot of experience with managing people, training, reporting, and quality control.
